I have been thinking long and hard about this. And time and time again, I seem to come to the same conclusion: I would want to be involved in exactly the same things I am involved in doing now. I guess I would like more time off from work, but I definintely LOVE working and going to school. I guess the only thing that I would add on is spending more time with family and friends, and perfecting the craft of decorating food or spaces. And I would go back to dancing & exercising more regularly...and travel But other than that, I can't say I really have any desire to do anything different. I was surprised to find how I love exactly what I am doing right now.
How about you? What would YOU do with your time if money wasn't a factor?

I agree. I ask this questions in interviews, too, but mostly as a gauge of passion. I really enjoy what I do, but I am really good at bending my job to match my interests.

@ chetta:
It must be genetic, because I feel the same way! I bend my job to match my interests as well!!!
@ WC:
"Travel" is actually the top answer in my interviews as well! Where would you go?
@ Van:
Yes, Van - I know. But I am not convinced that is true. People that don't want to do ANYTHING don't go stir crazy... just a thought.

ha! I'm actually doing it! though it might be different if I could leave the house..but I really do feel I'm following my heart and my life's purpose and I work about 60 to 80 hours a week, mostly unpaid...
weird...

of course, I have a feeling this will lead to more and more paid work...but I didn't even conceive of that when I started!

People who don't do anything are not also limited to a box roughly 800 sq ft.
